10i9 boarded on a restructuring effort to deliver all planned functionalities:
- Shopping center administration, monitoring and management of shop owners, product registration and sales, promotions, and discount coupons.
- Chat functionality for communication between shop owners and consumers.
- Indoor geolocation and heatmap.
- Monitoring and identification of each consumer's profile.
- Targeted and efficient marketing campaigns with the use of notifications to potential consumers.

We developed a user-friendly, functional platform with the potential to process the large volume of data required to serve all shopping centers in Brazil, using AWS services to ensure high availability, security, and scalability. The indoor geolocation, facilitated by beacons, allows us to identify consumer profiles and generate more efficient, targeted campaigns. The platform comprises a web-based administration and management environment, Android and iOS consumer-facing apps, and an Android app for shop owners to interact with their customers.
