Heineken Brasil faced difficulties in obtaining accurate and reliable information about the operations of its resellers and distribution centers. Monitoring via spreadsheets was no longer enough to achieve the desired levels of efficiency.
From the analysis of the requirements, we designed the architecture of the applications that have a Web portal for data management, and Android and iOS mobile applications that allow the mobility of the Heineken team within the required performance and reliability standards. The solutions range from extracting information from the data structure, creating an API to make this information available to mobile applications and performing operations in the field.

We develop mobile applications that allow offline execution, geolocation monitoring, image collection and dynamic questionnaire filling, in addition to a log structure for performance data collection. All this with access permissions for each type of user.
The results of field operations are persisted in a database for the generation of reports and graphical analysis to highlight the progress of operations based on internal metrics.
